A part of the territory, in particular in a built-up area, with all the structures and traffic-control devices located on it, intended for the travel of vehicles and pedestrians and bounded in width by the outer edge of the pavements or the edge of the right of way strip, is considered to be:

Частина території, зокрема, в населеному пункті, з усіма розташованими на ній спорудами та засобами організації дорожнього руху, призначена для руху транспортних засобів і пішоходів та обмежена по ширині зовнішнім краєм тротуарів чи краєм смуги відводу, вважається:
- Автомагістраллю.
- Автомобільною дорогою, вулицею (дорогою).
- Проїзною частиною.
